This council is to assist the Pastor in decisions concerning many aspects of St. Paul’s Parish. To date 13 parishioners sit on this board along with the Parish Financial Administer.

Each term is for 3 years. 10 positions are seated by vote, 3 are appointed by Father. The positions are in overlap succession so there is history of experience in the members to facilitate congruency. The staff position is permanent.

Meetings are conducted under the Robert Rules of Order.

The board meets with Father, including a staff member, on the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Along with the managerial duties the Council’s available members attend the Western Deanery meetings, also it is sponsor the Parish Picnic in July, takes a turn with Lenten Stations of the Cross, and volunteers in many of the Parish activities and ministries as needed.
