Dan Jones (Business Manager)

I am originally from Wisconsin and have 2 college-aged children.
Since 2001 I have been with St. Paul’s.
My duties are to over see finances for both the parish and the school. I also sit on most of the parish boards and attend their meetings.

Carol Amador (Administrative Secretary)

I have been the parish secretary for the last five years. Before coming to St. Paul’s I worked at West Valley Medical Center for six years, as a dietary technician.  I am married and have two wonderful children. My family and I have been parishioners here at St. Paul’s for the last eight years.
Please feel free to contact me at the parish office if you have any questions on baptisms, funerals, marriages, masses scheduled at the parish missions (St. Joseph, Our Lady of Tears, and Our Lady Queen of Heaven), offertory envelopes, or any other questions. If I am not able to answer your question, I will be able to direct you in the right direction.

Gina Urquidi (Book keeper)

I started working at St. Paul’s Parish in 1994 as a volunteer when they started moving the bookkeeping over to computers. It developed into a part time job and I was employed by the Marist priests and brothers from 1995 until they left in 1998. The Diocesan priests came in at that time and my job became a fulltime position. My family and I moved out to the Canyon Country area in 1990 and began attending St. Joseph’s Catholic Mission Parish. We found a home with St. Joseph’s and have been blessed to be able to baptize our children there, celebrate their First Holy Communion and Reconciliation there and participate in the Confirmation prep classes at St. Joseph’s. Our oldest child entered Pre-School at St. Paul’s Catholic School in 1994 and all 3 of our children attended from Pre-School until their graduation from 8th grade. Our children continued on to Bishop Kelly High School with two of them already graduating from B.K. and now attending college, and the third is a junior at B.K.

Marisela Linan (Religious Education Director)

I am the Director of Religious Ed. In August of 2010 I started my 10th year working for St. Paul’s Parish. Working for this parish has being the best thing for me and my family. Previous to that, I was working for the school district as a teacher’s assistant. I’m a mother of 4 girls, my family and I moved to Nampa in June of 1993.

Mari Deleon (Youth Ministry Director)

I moved to Nampa when I was 7 years old.  I was blessed enough to complete all my sacraments here at St. Paul’s except baptism.  I love this church and community.  I am married to my high school sweetheart almost 16 years.  We have three amazing and beautiful children Nic 13, Sam 11, and Dominique 10.  We first got involved with the school when Nic was three and began attending pre- school at St. Paul’s; it’s true that God works through our children at times.  Seven years ago I began volunteering in youth ministry when our youth minister was going to move he asked me to apply for his position.  After much prayer and knowing I had fallen in love with the families and youth of this parish I decided to apply. I will have my four year anniversary as a member of St Paul’s staff and Director of youth ministry this August 1st.  I have been blessed abundantly by God and his people and am here to serve all the parish community, their families and especially our children.

Judy Bartz (Volunteer Receptionist)

I have been a parishioner for many years and participate in the following ministries:  St Cecilia’s Choir; extraordinary minister; lecturer; Pastoral Council member; Treasurer for CDA and Parliamentarian for CWL.  I am very thankful for the many friends I have met through association with St Paul’s and am thankful for everyone’s support through some recent hard times.

Judy Medeck (Volunteer Receptionist)

I was born in Marshall, Missouri to George and Cecilia Medeck. Our family moved to Nampa in 1947. They became members of St. Paul’s where my brother George and I attended St. Paul’s school and Nampa Public schools .After attending Boise Secretarial school I worked for Samaritan Hospital in Nampa,. When it closed I worked at Caldwell Memorial Hospital, it changed to Valley Medical Center, from there I retired. I am a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, Catholic Women’s league, Women’s Century Club and the of American Business Women’s Association. I attend Share the Word Bible Study and the Bible Timeline, the Story of Salvation. Also I dedicate time to weekly Adoration and parish receptionist duties. I enjoy exercising at Curves and traveling. I have been on church tours to the Holy Lands, Ireland, Greece, and Turkey.
