 Guidelines for Dinner Auction Volunteers

 
1.  Volunteers need to at the Nampa Civic Center, which is located at 311 Third Street South in Nampa at their designated volunteer time.  Please be on time!
 
2.  Sign in at the Volunteer Sign Up table that will be located at the Civic Center entrance.  You will also need to sign out (at the same table) upon completion of your volunteer hours.
 
3.  Please do not arrive at the Civic Center earlier than 7 am.
 
4.  Although we love your children, please DO NOT bring them to the Civic Center during your volunteer time.
 
5.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOG IN YOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS IN THE OFFICE NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2ND!
 
6.  If you are working the night of, no shorts or sweatsuits please.

  • We are well underway with dinner auction planning – have you signed up for your volunteer hours yet?  Stop by the office to make sure your time, talent, and treasure can be used in the areas that can contribute most to this year’s auction.
     
  • Keep those procurement items coming – we really appreciate the extra efforts of those who are still bringing in those procured items.  Please be sure to follow up on any leads you have out there for dinner auction items.  We could use another 100 items to make sure this year’s auction is the best yet.
     
  • Dinner Auction Dessert Committee is looking for bakers to make delicious and lovely desserts to be auctioned off during the dessert auction portion of the dinner auction.  Please contact Michelle Damon at 863-7763 if you would be willing to bake.
     
  • Choice tables are still available - $500 for a table for 8.  Monday Nov. 30th general admission tickets will go on sale for $45 each.
